Who?

First, the basics:

• Originally from Carrier Mills, Illinois
• Currently serving First United Methodist Church in Altamont, Illinois
• Earned Master of Divinity Degree at Eden Theological Seminary, May 12, 2006
• Ordained Elder in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church June 4, 2010
• In addition to preaching and pastoring, I also sing and play the guitar, ukulele and bass guitar.  You don’t want to hear me plunk on the piano.  Trust me.

I’m a simple guy with simple passions.  I love God and I love the church.  I love my family; my wife and my four kids are my world.  I love music from all over the world and all across the spectrum.  I love developing my brain cells by reading.  I work hard at becoming a better version of myself every day.
